Hybrid Winter Challenge/ Crossfit New England Team Throwdown

The Hybrid Winter Challenge has been set for January 16th and like all Hybrid Challenges will consist of 5 events with the last event being the mystery event. This time only the top 3 athletes of each class will compete in the mystery event to decide the winner.
Classes: Mens (LW 0-165lbs, MW 166lbs-200, HW 201 lbs +)
Women ( LW 0-130 lbs, MW 131 lbs +)
Event # 1 (Bodyweight Guessing Game)
To start things off the first event for the Hybrid Winter challenge will be any one of the 3 chosen WODs be ready for all.
a) Clapping Pushups (15 for men/ 7 for women)
30 Double Unders
* 5 rounds for time (Cap has not been determined, it will range from 10 to 15 minutes)
b) 5 pullups
7 burpees
*AMRAP 10 minutes
c) 15 box jumps
15 air squats
*AMRAP 10 minutes
Event # 2 (Wide Bar Dumbells)
Event two will consist of fat bar dumbells setup at 6 stations. Each athlete must take the 6 dumbells from ground to overhead as fast as possible while using only one hand. If more than one hand touches the dumbell at any time the lift will not count.
MLW (50,60,70,80,90,100lbs)
MMW (70,80,90,100,110,120lbs)
MHW (90,100,110,120,130,140 lbs)
WLW (25,30,35,40,45,50lbs)
WMW(35,40,45,50,55,60lbs)
*75 second time limit
Event # 3 (Back Squats)
This event will be max back squats in 3 minutes, Men will have to take take the weight from ground to back squat position, women will be out of the rack.
MLW: 155lbs
MMW: 175lbs
MHW: 200lbs
WLW: 120lbs
WMW: 145lbs
Event # 4 (Tire Flip/Power Snatch)
4 tire flips / 5 snatches
*AMRAP 5 minutes
Tire Weights (MLW: 500lbs, MMW: 650lbs, MHW: 800lbs, WLW: 300lbs, WMW: 400lbs)
Snatch weights (MLW: 95lbs, MMW: 115lbs, MHW: 135lbs, WLW: 55lbs, WMW: 75lbs)
Event # 5 (Mystery Event)

On another note, 4 teams from Hybrid Athletics competed at the Crossfit New England team throwdown with 2 of our teams placing in the top 5. It was a great event and a great time, CrossFit New England ran a great contest, so a special thanks to everyone there for hosting an outstanding contest.
