*Womens Only Class– Designed for beginners but can be attended by any current member. The workouts will be designed to challenge women of any ability level.
** The 7am class on Wednesday, along with the evening classes on Fridays, will be a normal class. Members will have the option, however to participate in a strongman workout if they prefer.
*** The 7:30pm class on Wednesday is an Olympic Lifting Class. It is free to all members. If you want to improve your Olympic lifting, such as the snatch, clean and jerk, etc. then stop in for the class.
^^ The 7:30pm class on Thursdays is a STRONGWOMAN CLASS. It is for Women only and will include technique training on all strongman implements and several mini-wods to help improve your overall strength.

As a complementary service, Hybrid Athletics is offering an auto-pay option.
