Straight Arm Burpees. Your hips and legs hit the ground and you just stand up, no jump or clap, and your arms never bend, so it takes the pushup motion out of the movement.

Dear Rob,
I recognize that this may be a bit out of place due to the fact that I do not know you but I have seen you in videos before talking about how the overhead squat position is extremely uncomfortable for you and you have trouble doing squat snatchs and such because of it. I was wondering if you've ever tried split snatchs as an alternative to the full squat? I feel like with the amount of power you have in your hips you should be able to snatch a lot more than you currently are... I apoligize if this is out of place but I was just wondering if you've experimented with it or not?

Typically our competitions start at 9am, with registration at 8:15am. How long it will go depends on how many people sign up. The events are very short in duration, so we'll be able to move through them quickly. We like to run efficiently and get things done so people don't have to hang around for 12 hours.
